Question about installing System Mechanic Professional

I want to install this program and I need to know if I have to uninstall the following programs, Verizon Internet Suite and Threatfire installed right now or just shut them down until the System Mechanic is fully loaded.

I have tried to get a response from the manufacture, but they have not responded back to me yet. I have purchased it and have all the info I need to install, but nothing states anything about uninstalling Antispyware or AntiVirus. I need all the help you can give me.

You can safely have two or more anti-spyware programs running togeather, only one virus scanning program is recommended.

Not quite.
There is the risk of conflicts with some combinatiions.
Outpost will disable it's own malware section if nod32 is operational.
