Unable to Install Printer Driver

I am running Windows Vista. Recently, I unsuccessfully attempted to install a printer driver. About 90% of the way through the installation process, I received an error message indicating that I "may not have sufficient privileges."

I am signed in as the administor and the "User Account Control" feature is turned off.

Also, I recently tried to install iTunes on my computer, but I received an error message which stated that "I have insufficient privileges to modify flash9b.rox."
