Vista Control Panel (where are you)

I know what caused the problem, but can anyone tell me how to get it back
before I reload the OS.
In short the Control Panel Folder is missing, but the contents are still there.
I blame the missing folder on my printer not working because it stopped working when the CP folder dissappeared.

Try the answer on the following URL:

If that doesn't work for you then you could always create your own short-cut........you can even go to start-Run and type in "Control Panel" and that will bring the CP up as well.
