Vista SP1 Final and Usigned Themes

I noticed there was no auto-patcher
for vista sp1 uxtheme.dll so i decided to compile one

Also i ahve included a modified AERO theme which can
be enable if you like, basicaly its aero theme thats been
modfied so transparency stays when maximized

M$ stamped on Autopatcher because it's breach of copyright. As is your patch

why is it a breach of copyright? there are thousands of unsigned themes on sites like, deviantart etc. can you explain this further.

You are modifying M$ files. Unless they gave you permission to do so, which they won't, you are in violation of the copyright they hold. Why do you think autopatcher died?

People are of the belief that updates are freely distributable. They are not.
Themes are like icons. Nothing to do with it.
