HELP!!! malware on vista..can't delete manually

I am currently using Vista SP1. I am using Spybot Search and Destroy as my malware protection and it seems that those pesky malware blighters wont go away, much to my dismay. When I try to delete manually, either it says that the .dll more often than not, is being used or the explorer closes down within a matter of a few seconds. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me. Spybot claims that the malware is as follows;

FastClick
MediaPlex
Right Media
Virtumonde
Virtumonde.dll
WebTrends live
Win32.Small.azl

erm, you could try using a bootable preinstall environment disc, with some malware/anti virus tools on it

i have a few with latest spybot / avg on them there around 100mb isos. there based on bart pe and have tones of freeware tools

there realy quite useful for that sort of problem as the dll wont be in use, as windows is not running. so in therfore you should be able to run spybot and successfully delete it.

if ya wont one i can either upload to rapidshare or mega share your choice.

I would try this program http://www.superantispyware.com/download.html
install it then boot into safe mode and run a full scan. Also run a full scan with AVG in safe mode.
