It's likely that both devices are part of your audio device, depending on how many features it has (which might not be entirely visible!)...
You can delete them both, then refresh device manager and it should pick up any devices again. If they both appear, then you really want to install the driver to the one with the yellow triangle.
If you are not sure what to get, you will need to know the name of your sound card (or motherboard if the sound is built onto it). If you don't know what that is, you can get a system information reader like Everest (although I don't have a link), or you can check the properties of the device, hit hte details tab, and check the "Hardware IDs". The VEN_xxxx shows the Manufacturer ID, and the DEV_xxxx shows the device. Search these numbers and you will find your gold
