need help all my backgrounds are black

okay this might sound dumb but when i go to google or any website thier background color is black and i know this isnt thier original color because my desktop shows dif.. but on my lap top thats all the background color is even when i get on myspacce the background layouts are only black i dont know if i did this some how or if it is just my lap top acting up if any one can help me out thank you i have a tosiha satellite series

You need to establish first if it's related to the particular web-browser you use on the laptop. Try a different web-browser to confirm if it's the same on that one as well. If it isn't, then you obviously need to investigate issues with the original web-browser rather than looking into anything else. You'll also then have the option (if the second browser is okay) of just ignoring it by not using the problem browser.
