Help with Runtime Error!

For the past 2 days my Windows Vista Dell Laptop has been closing and reloading my windows when I'm looking for a file.
Does anyone know how I can fix it?



My computer specs are:
Windows Vista Home Premium
Dell Laptop
Inspiron I1720
Rating: 3.4
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU T9300 @ 2.50GHz 2.50GHz
3070MB of Ram
32-bit Operating System
