I'm not sure if this is Vista specific problem but its annoying non the less.
Thing is that my drop down menus [File, Edit etc.] are somehow moved to the right. They don't 'drop' exactly below name [for instance file]. And the other thing is that all side drop menu's are opening on the left. Like on the picture below.

I'm using Vista SP2
I'm guessing that the problem is in left-hand / right-hand dropdown menus. Is there any shortcut to switch between them or something similar that might help.
