Multimedia Audio Controller

After a windows update a few days ago, my hard drive crashed and now I've lost this driver. It lists the multimedia audio controller as an "other device" in Device manager and so I do not know if I need a driver for the motherboard or the sound card?

My computer is custom built but here is the motherboard information.
