Sound Help Please

I accidently deleted something and my sound went with it, here are the belarc results: I have the same problem as everyone else, i deleted something and my sound went with it. I ran belarc and these are the results:

my sound went after I had a computer crash with windows xp here is my details anyone who can help me know how to restore or get sound would be great..I keep getting C-media code 10 error?
