i yesterday reformatted my laptop to see if this would solve any problems, but still getting the same message, so i tried on my pc, and still get the same message, i know the site are not having any problems as i have friends that use it, so i thought i would try and access it by using my moblie internet and yes it works, but going back to my router it still no good, i have cleared all my cache, history, and also temp deactivated my anti virus, so i am sure it is something to do with my router as both laptop and pc will not display the site, could my router have set it self in a way to cause this trouble, would be most pleased of any advice or answers, thank-you.

I think it depends on your Router setup.

Sometimes it gives you options to block certain types of websites, like sites that are need to pay for eg or banking sites, similar to this.

1 thing I could suggest, is to reset your router back to it's original factory settings. But this would delete your settings, BUT you can do a back up of these settings first. See how you go.

Also reply with the make and model of your router, if possible for further info.
