Manual uninstallation of software

I have a problem with software which I bought. It stopped working correctly, and the technical support staff told me to uninstall the program. I have done the automatic uninstall, which didn't solve the issue. I was then given the procedure for a manual uninstall, but there are certain files which I can not delete. All of these are .ddl files. I am logged in as the administrator on the pc with full administrative rights.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, befoe you start deleting .dll files, where are these files located? Also do you have to program saved somewhere? You could reinstall it and then remove it.

Hi,
C:\Program Files\SYSTRAN Right click on the folder>properties>security>
advandced>owner>edit>owner> now take ownership of the folder and give yourself full permissions. Close all boxes and now delete. If thee are sub folders you may have to check them as well.
