Internet problem

My internet keeps crashing on a lot of websites maybe someone could help me? Please! I don't want my internet to keep crashing when im looking at my unread E-Mail messages.

Hi, what web browser do you use and what email program are you using? Does this only happen when you are trying to read unread mail?
