Forgotten Windows Vista Password.

The other day i found my old laptop and its password protected.
but i forgot the password.
First:
ive tryed resetting but it says insert a floppy/USB drive then try again.
so i dont really know about that idea.

Second:
ive downloaded a iso from my desktop onto a CD and booted it from the laptop its called "ophcrack Vista LiveCD" this program shows me all the users passwords on the laptop the others came up but the one i was looking for it said "myuser" -----> and the pass area said "not found"
so that didnt work.

any ideas?

hi, try this-no guarantees... boot up in safe mode, you may be able to sign on to administrator. Then you may be able to try to remove that user or whatever you have to do-NO GUARANTEE Good luck Qfisheye
