Hibernation file cleaner showing in disk cleanup, Allow Hybrid Sleep is set to off

I have ran the disk clean up tool in windows vista,
one of the items I found is called Hibernation file cleaner with a files size of 1.95GB
Not sure if I should choose to delete I had a look online and various answers
said that if I do delete it in disk cleanup, it will also remove the feature from power options,
also if I do not want to use the feature I can disable it in power options.
I had a look in power options and Allow Hybrid Sleep is already set to off.
What I would like to know is, if Allow Hybrid Sleep is set to Off why is the 1.95GB file still showing in disk cleanup,
and also is it safe to choose to delete it?
