Norton Anti Virus help

Hello,

I recently installed Norton Anti Virus 2004 on my XP system. My question is, it automatically starts up to scan on Fridays at 8:00pm. I tried to go into the schedule section and creat a new time, but now, it scans on Fridays, and on the new time I created. How can I eliminate the first one? Do I have to reinstall it and set up the time there?

Try deleting the one you don't want in "Scheduled Tasks" (XP not Norton).

Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Scheduled Tasks
