Windows XP Administrator Tools

I am trying to use Windows XP with Windows 2000 Active Directory. It appears that the Administrator pack for Windows 2000 Server Tools will not function. I heard you could use the beta of .NET administrator pack. I tried those and they do not work either. Does anyone know if there administrator tools for the WIndows XP Operating System that function with Windows 2000 Active Directory?
