Auto Complete Doesn't Work for Administrator

I've notice the auto complete feature doesn't work with XP pro when in the Admin. mode. Works fine when signed in as a user. All the correct blocks are checked. It's a new computer. Microsoft says because the software came with the Dell, it's Dell's problem. Dell says it's a microsoft issue. Any answers would be appreciated. Thanks!

Are you talking about Auto Complete in I.E ?if so, search for "Autocomplete" on this page for registry fix:

Yes, I was refering to Auto Complete not working for Administrator in ie. Thanks for the suggested site. I looked through all the links but saw nothing for auto complete. Also didn't see a way to search on that site.
