Please help with Windows XP NTFS problem

Does any expert know how to decrypt an ENCRYPTED NTFS file with Windows XP WITHOUT any public/private keys??? Any software available? Please kindly let me know! My email is info@dickietsang.com

Aslong as you can login & get to the files normally then you could try moving them to a diferent volume, like onto a floppy of usb pen drive, that can decrypt them (i think, correct me if i'm wrong)

But if it is files you cannot get to at all then that obviously won't help you.
