Internet help

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I deleted my account to make a new one with less clutter (I don't know if that's even possible, I'm rubbish with computer so just guessed) and in deleting this account managed to delete my internet settings for the whole computer, including all my family's profiles and stuff...

Now I'm completely stuck about what to do. I'm computer illiterate therefore don't know how to rectify the problem on my own, so came to these forums looking for help. Does anyone know what I should do next?

Any information or tutorials very appreciated.

go to start>all programs>accessories>system tools>system restore. restore the computer to a date before you deleted the account and see if it is back the way it was.

Play_the_odds is a good member.

I would advise you (seems like you are just learning about messing with settings in computers) to check back heer or elsewere to ask questions before you attempt to make changes.

When i first started making changes and such i messed up so many times and had to reinstall so many times, it is all about learning, but it is not hard to mess your pc up bad and lose everything. Do not let that thought put you of. Just ask questions and advice on things before you dive in head first mate.

Before you know it you will be doing all kinds of changes with confidence.

Extraordinary insight there.

If I had a penny for every time I've botched up trying to do something on this computer and have reinstalled and got help and stuff I'd be a very rich man. I have a feeling I'll be frequenting these forums

It is all part and parcel of learning Remember that even the cleverest in any field started from the begining.
