Windows Explorer crash - ntdll.dll

I just had an error with bootup, "Windows has corrupt system32\ntfs.sys"

fixed it, and now when it logs on to windows, it comes up with the error, "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close"

and the App its conflicting with is ntdll.dll;

i close explorer, it starts again, and then has the same error and goes in a loop...

help
