Interesting Error

I have had this error in the past and still today i don't know how to fix it.

The first thing to go on my computer is the

Bidirectional Request Router

all the error says is:

Bidirectional Request Router has encountered an problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

This error tells me nothing and I really don't understand what I am supposed to do.

Now the same thing is happening to the game that is on my computer: Neverwinter Nights

As well as my music program: OpenMG

I really don't know what problem would be occuring. Plus sending error reports to Microsoft seems pointless because its not getting the problem solved.
