Problem at saving files

Hi Experts!

I really need a helping hand! I have a problem when I want to copy files to one of my harddisks. I open TotalCommander, trying to copy some files on to this disk and getting a similar error message (Sorry for my translation, but I am using a Hungarian version of XP Prof SP1, so the message may not be accurate):

windows was not able to execute delayed writing, the problem can be a hardware or network error, all data are lost...

(I repeat, it is not the exact message, only my lame translation) And there is a little yellow triangle on the systemtray. After that I have to reboot, because my system will be very slow and this error message returns again and again like a popup window

It seem to me that your hard drive has developed few (maybe more) bad sector. Have you tried to scan your drive ? do you have any third party software to do that (even though you could use the build in Deferment)

Of course. First I tried the built-in chkdsk, then Norton DiskDoctor, after that I created a new partititon and reformatted it, I created FAT32, then NTFS file systems. Always the same result. And in an other PC there was no problem with that f....ing disk.

What can it be?!
