Windows/linux expert needed regarding Bootup

I have a
p4 2.0GHz
128 ram
40.0g WD hd (ntfs)
4.0g WD hd (linux/ext2)

Ok so i decided to try out mandrake linux 10.0 but i only had cd1 I did not burn the iso of the other two to the cds correctly...but anyways, I installed it to hdb1 being my 4.0g drive which was already formatted. Now I wish to delete Linux from slave drive, but when i boot up now it takes me to a blue screen where I choose the following:
Linux
LinuxFs..something something
FailSafe
Windows
Floppy

I want to take this all off and don't know how. I didnt know what I was getting into I know nothing of linux.
I think the first step is to uninstall the bootup choosing program
What are the steps into restoring my bootup and makeing the 4.0g from ext to ntfs?

I'm not 100% positive but I think what your looking for is "fdisk mbr"
which should fix the master boot record, then you should be able to boot right into windows.Then just reformat your 4 gig hard drive back to fat32 or ntfs. I'll check at my Linux forums and get back to you.
