XP Pro or Home

I know they say to use XP Pro for business networks but I never heard the reason why. I have XP home networked with 3 computers at home and don't see any notable differences. Can anyone tell me a reason why??? I hate buying computers preloaded with XP Home and having to buy XP Pro for work.

Here is the Microsoft version of XP Pro and Home comparison:

Basically, XP home can't join the domain server for authentication and can't join Novel server (not mentioned on MS site), Microsoft don't allow IPX protocol to be installed on XP home.

Here is how I put it: XP home is a washed down version of XP Pro.
