Dial up connections changing

Word for an ISP and have a customer with a brand new Compaq. When we set upn their dialup 30 sec's later another appears with the sanem name but _old after. The # has been changed to an overseas # and the user and password changed I assume to log into whereever that # is dialing. Anyone ran across this that knows what parasite it is or how to fix it??

I have heard about that , that is very nasty... do you really know what happens, basically some how you got this dialer installed on your computer and it makes calls on its own and you will get a giant telephone bill at the end of the month... you got to find out the source before you pay thousands of $$$$ for your phone bill.

post the number that is calls or something related to this dialer and someone here will dig out info for you.
