Computer crashes (reboot)

Hi guys! i need some help here,this problem is driving me crazy:

My computer crashes and reboots itself the error signature is:

My cpu is a HP AMD athlon XP 2600

Could anyone tell me what's wrong with the CPU?

I have looked around for bit and it seenm to me that it is driver related , If I were you I would start pulling cards out of my system, starting with NIC and the change Video card.

i guess you're right!it's something about a driver, i'm going to check every single driver to see if i can find the problem!
