Cant Boot XP

Hi,

i have some problem pc. sometimes i can start the XP successfully and then for the next 4 times not (XP progress bar is running and running... but nothing happens).
Or XP progress bar runs for a EXACT 1h and then load it completely.

what can be wrong? here is my protokoll file and the first error:

loaded
loaded
not loaded ACPI - Uniprozessor-PC
not loaded ISDN
not loaded Audiocodecs

and so on...
