'Add/Remove Programs' is blank

When I go to the control panel and click on 'Add/Remove Programs' the screen for this opens but then it is blank. It does't show any of the programs I have installed on my computer. It was fine last week and I have installed anything new since then.

I want to remove some programs but I am unable to do so because none of the programs installed are showing.

Does anyone have an idea whats wrong?

I recently did a System Restore because I was having problems with the computer, does that have any affect?

If I were you, I would try another restore with a prior date. I read somewhere that you can undo the prior restore. IF this works and goes back to where it was before your last restore, then you will know it was the restore(which it probably was. i feel you will get out of this problem, just relax. Good Luck
