Win XP Pro SP1
Ive created a Guest account on this PC. As the Admin user I created a DUN to my home ISP.
The guest account cant execute this DUN connection? Why not? I have the security permissions set and when the DUN box pops up the "save UID Passwd" and the "allow anyone using this computer" check box is set.
Can the Guest account execute DUN connections? The help system says that the Guest account is for Guests to use PC resources like the internet.
p.s. I looked at Internet Connection Sharing but I dont think this is relevant because this is for other PCs using my PCs connection, this issue is for the Guest on this PC.
p.p.s. I see that if I (administrator) run the DUN connection and then switch user, the guest account can use the the internet connection. But I want the guest user to be able to connect themselves.
Many Thanks - sorry about the long message
