XP Pro Resource conflict on boot up

Hi, guys. It's me again...
Whenever I boot up there is this long error message right after the HP start up blue screen that says:

I always just push F2 but it's getting really irritating! Here is my computer spec:

Windows XP Professional (build 2600)

Try removing any Plug n Play devices, like cameras, webcams, scanners, and everything except for the essentials like your mouse and keyboard...and monitor.
