Changing Video/Music Defaults

Yes this is a dumb question...but how do I change defaults on my computer so that Morpheus doesn't automatically try and play everything I open. I have used Morpheus for downloading music etc. but now every song and video that I open goes to that stupid program and it doesn't really work right?

Let me know the easiest way please.
