Strange Extra Page when Searching

I'm not sure when this error came about, as I've only seen it on my dad's computer (and I rarely come to his house.) Anyway, any time you search for something, an extra web page comes up. This happens with all Web searches I make (Google, Yahoo, etc.) When you type in your search, and hit enter, it should normally zip right to the results. This does not happen. It'll pause for a given amount of time (it varies; sometimes it goes real fast, sometimes it takes about 60 seconds). During this "pause", the program does not respond at all. After the pause, it'll give you the "foreign?" webpage, and a pop-up of basically the same stuff. I'll post a screenshot at the end of this message. I say it's foreign, because on Google it'll say the "foreign" page with the popup, is the first page, but when you click for the next page...that will also say it's the first page. Sorry if that didn't make sense.

Now, this computer has worked fine for a good 6 months; this is not something that came with the computer. I've run Norton Anti-virus, Spybot, Adaware, etc. and nothing has come up, so I'm assuming it's a program somebody downloaded. Has anyone seen this before, or know what could be doing this? I'd appreciate the help, as I'm an avid Googler and this is really starting to bug me. Thanks in advance.

Screenshot: (It's geocities, sorry if it doesn't show. I'll upload it on 2 accounts)

Possibly scumware!

Download and Install Adaware and Spybot S&D.

Read the Instructions carefully.

Update both packages then run them one at a time.

Sorry, missed that.

Can you upload the screen grabs again because they are not showing.

Cheers
