Hi, I am using XP Home on 2 pc's. They share a cable connection at the moment and all works fine.
I have a new modem (1mb) and have it installed on one of the pc's and the status of it is connected and working fine. How can i connect to the net with this modem and leave the other pc on the 512 modem, but still have them networked?
If i go to the Network Connections screen, the Internet Gateway is connected (the one im online with now)and below that the LAN or High Speed Internet is enabled with the status connected (this is the one i want to be online with)
I hope this is clear enough, any ideas would really help.

Thanks for the link, i found some usefull topics in there, but none really explaining what i want to do. Although the new modem is shown as connected and running, i dont seem to be able to point the pc to dial out with that one
