Cannot boot windows xp
MY other comptuer which is a ... 1.8ghz p4
windows xp, 512 ram cannot for some reason. I pressed the start button in order to make the computer run. First you can see the advertisment of Pentium 4. Then not long after, a drive makes a quick funny sound and then these words appear wit a black background:

Boot failure: system halted...
I tried unplugging evrything and turn off poweer and putting it back on.. but same effects.. could someone please help me.. thank you
