Issues with SP2 and active HTML desktop

This is to anyone who knows their stuff about Service Pack 2 in windows XP. I like the service pack because it improves my netspeed, my trillian functionality and other things. I have one problem however. I have this active HTML desktop file that is blocked from being displayed in web content thru display settings. I think its some new security feature in windows xp. Can someone help me figure out how to get it so I can have an active HTML desktop again please? I dont wanna be forced to go back crappy SP1 all over again. I know that the sp2 is just at an experimental stage isn't it. Well that might be why your active desktop is not working well. The actuall release is not till later this summer. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyways have you tried installing tweakUI you can find it here...

Look under exporer and allow web content to be displayed on desktop.
