Rundll question

A few weeks ago I ran Adaware and Pest Patrol to clean up my hard drive. Since then I get the error message "Error loading C:\WINDOWS\image.dll" I've spent a lot of time trying to find out what this is and have had no luck.

Anyone know what this is and how I can correct it?

Image.dll is not a Windows file

I suspected it was a nasty spy file or some sort. It was actually imbedded in 7 different locations in my registry. But I think I've got it solved now.
