Recent programs, docs list and Internet sites question

Hey everyone. I need to know all the ways someone can view all the Internet sites you go to each day, what programs you use and everything else you do on your computer. I know there's an easy way to find out, I just can't seem to figure it out. Is there a place that you can go to see everything someone does on their computer through Win XP? Any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thanks!
