Service Pack 2. Worth Downloading?

Is XP SP 2 worth downloading. my windows is pretty much running fine. except for one or two errors regarding crashing programs. of which i dont know the possible cause because no-one has bothered to answer my post about it...
sour grapes aside. will SP2 make much of a diff to Windows? ill download it at college so it wont cost me anything!!

As long as you do all the security updates then you could avoid installing a 235 MEG SP2 which takes over an hour to install (what a piss off), if you have been experiencing crashes then my personal suggestion is yes go ahead and install it.(I have done so on 4 system so far and no ill effect).
