Startup, Shutdown Screens, Change?

Loading Personal Settings, Saving Your Settings, Windows Is Shutting Down. I get these 3 screens each time I start or Reboot. Microsoft will not pay me to advertise on my computer. I would like to replace them. I knew how to replace the logo screens on 98SE but not XP. I have changed the Bootup Screen. Can anyone tell me how to change the others?

I use themexp.org for my Boot Screens. I do not think I am looking for Visual Styles or Themes. I make my wallpaper. Usually my grandaughter. I am not sure I need Style Builder or Style XP. I can turn off these screens, but I get black screens. Allright I guess, but not very interesting. Have not tried to make Boot Screens yet. Sounds like it could be dangerous.
