Unusual File Compression

I am having a problem that just popped up. For a long time I have been doing backups using Drive Image 2002. My backup partition is imaged every night and that image is transfered to another network computer for storage. Prior to making that image I have a batch file scheduled in the task scheduler that runs cleanmgr /sagerun:99 and I have the compression days since utilization set to 30 days in cleanmgr /sageset:99. This has worked without a gltch for along time. Now suddenly everytime I run sagerun it compresses my Drive Image folder files everytime it runs and that prevents the scheduled Drive Image session from running. I have to go into the Drive Image VFD folder and uncheck the compression option to allow DI to run. Then the next time sagerun is executed the files are recompressed. I can't get them to stay in an uncompressed state.

My system; Windows XP Pro, Athlon 2400XP, 512 MB DDR, Sygate Pro, Norton 2003 Pro

A new batch file to run cleanmgr /sagerun seems to have fixed this problem
