Help... probably a common problem...

Well I programmed an app with C++ Which had problems, it was a single file, anyway i wanted to erase it but then it told me that I'm doing some sharing violation error and it wouldn't get erased also in the app when I tried to run it before i decide to erase it, it told me that there was some sort of an NTVDM CPU error and showed me this: CS:0dcc IP:041e oP:63 1e 04 cc 0d
so if somebody knows how to erase the app or at least what is sharing vilation error or anything that might help please tell me.

I'm running a Windows XP without SP1
512 MB RAM
AMD Athlon XP 1500+
GFX 5600 128MB
7SID0 Chaintech Motherboard
80GB Western Digital HardDrive
Latest drivers
Direct 9.0b

if some information is missing please tell me.
And if you know some forums or places that I might get help in please tell me.

I've already solved the problem with an app called "MoveOnBoot"
and removed the file but thx anyway...
