Stupid Power options

Hi All, Please help,

I have multi user PC I am replacing. The PC can't go into Sleep/Hibernation or anything else that might force it to be logged into again by the same user. The default Power Option is "Home/Office Desk". I can't change the power option to "Always On" for each user as this PC is in use 24/7 and there is no telling when a new user will log into it. I've tried the gpedit file, and the registry but can't find it. My bios don't have Power management options. This is a basic HP XP workstation. Is there a way to change the default Power Option for the entire PC to "Always On"? Or is it possible to remove the Power Options entirely? Please help, becoming desperate...STUPID power options.

Thanks in advance,
Aaron
