Could someone tell me what these are?

I was searching through my startup run software and i found these things, could you tell me what they meen.

They have a blank windows image by them (default).

Zing Spooler?
DSLAGENT.EXE
Tkbell.exe
ccapp
CCregvfy
RUNDLL

All are registry keys, could you tell me what they are and if i need to keep them on my start up? thanls in advance.

This is what I can tell u from what I know:

RUNDLL - Definitely Do not disable it - it's an essential Windows file.

CCAPP - A component of Norton Antivirus and/or Norton Firewall.

CCREGVFY - Also Norton Antivirus or Firewall.

(So if you have any norton stuff installed, leave them alone too)


As for the other three, they could be spyware so I suggest u run
a spyware checker to confirm.

I know that 'Zing' is a freeware media-player but if you know u don't have that then I should disable it first just to be on the safe side. If no problems after a few days then delete it from reg.
Same for other two cos not sure about them.

The process dslagent.exe (dslagent meaning Digital Suscriber Line Agent) is a process corresponding to the manager of modem ADSL Eicon.

NB Sorry about the English, I had to translate it from French.
