Remote desktop between Windows XP and UNIX

Dear All,

Myself new to this site.

i have a small query: In my office i have unix server and i want to access the same from my house ( my home pc is Windows XP). is there any software freeware where i can access my office pc at my home. I want the audio to be heared at my home at the same time. i.e, remote audio & video.
