COM ports (Serial)

im really stuck,when i looked in my device manager under ports there is only an LPT printer port. I have 2 serial ports on my motherboard and would like to use them.

I need to know how to add or change it so that i can use one of the 2 serial ports. I really need the help.

Any advice would be welcome.

you need to have them enabled in BIOS in order for your OS to recognize them.. Go in to BIOS and check if it is enabled !!!
