Problem after installing Mcafee Security Suite

Hello,
I installed Mcafee Internet Security Suite version 6.0 last night. After installing it, when I try to restart my computer it either freezes up after my desktop loads up and 1 time I got a message that said Active Sheild not loaded properly or something like that. Anyway I ran out of time and was unable to work on it anymore last night. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and a possible fix without having to restore?

Try uninstalling the software. reboot and see if the issue goes away. if It does then you know that there are issue with this software running on your system.

Another alternative is to uninstall the software, reboot and reinstall it again.

Perhap your initial install was incomplete.
