Hi all

got a weird problem, in Add Remove Programs in control panel there is nothing listed at all. If I try to Add a Program this error message appears "AppName: rundll32.exe" "AppVer: 5.1.2600.o mod Name: unknown" "ModVer: 0.0.0.0. Offset: 082444f6"
The system had been to the repairer to reinstall Windows and Office and when I checked the Advanced System Information-Error Log there was this entry

can anyone throw any light on this problem as it is beyond me on how to correct it. Also there are no critical updates shown and I am up to date with them all
