HEy

havining a major problem wif XP home edition

caant go into windows at all..only til the welcome screen and when i chose my name to enter it wld say LOADING SETTINGS and after tat LOGGING OF

It happened so many time

I did a repair on my windows and safe mode also not working

tried also last known good thngy

also not working

Please help me outt

See if it will boot into Safe Mode by repeatedly pressing the F8 key while the computer is booting up. That should get you to the boot menu where you can choose Safe Mode.

If you installed any new software right before all this starting happening, once you're in Safe Mode, go to Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs and uninstall it. Then reboot into Normal mode and see if that fixed things.

Sometimes, just booting into Safe Mode and then rebooting into Normal Mode straightens things out.

Like i said..


ALthoug i press the F8 key and mange to go into safe mode
it still goes into the welcome screen and logs off

Means cant go in and all and so tat means cant acces control panel.
